No CLE team in the playoffs this year, but I'm interested as to everyone's predictions for a WS champ...

The Rays and Giants seem like a natural on paper, but I'm going with two others...

AL WC game
Bo Sox over Yanks

NL WC game
Dodgers over Cards

ALDS
Tampa over Boston
Houston over Chicago

NLDS
San Francisco over Los Angeles
Milwaukee over ATL

ALCS
Houston over Tampa

NLCS
Brewers over Giants

WS
Astros v Brewers -- give me the Brew Crew in 6!

You?

Can both the Yankees and Red Sox lose tonight?

I like the Rays from the AL, and will be pulling for the local Braves in the NL, even though I suspect the Dodgers will be the NL Champ.

I'm not in the prediction business, but there sure aren't a whole lot of likeable options to root on in the AL playoffs are there? Nothing wrong with Tampa, but they get like 8k per game as the best team in the league, so I don't really feel that's a fanbase deserving of a championship, especially with how their other teams are doing.

NL Wild Card game will be interesting. Scherzer was excellent after being traded to the Dodgers but had rough back-to-back 5 earned run outings to close the season. On the other side the 40 year old Adam Wainwright with a good sample size of being a pretty excellent postseason pitcher and the Cardinals who are 22-4 over their last 26

I hope the Dodgers lose in the first round honestly. That would be pretty epic with their payroll/expectations.

If I have to face the Dodgers, it would be in a one game playoff.

I'm pulling for St Louis, because the Cards have been my NL team, ever since I was a kid and could pick them up when KMOX went directional at night, and the broadcast came in on my old tube Philco radio.

Cole didn't last long tonight...2 innings, giving up three runs.

Boston batting in the fifth, up 3-0.

I was actually just thinking that a few days ago haha! But then I have to pick something else, so got overwhelmed. And I have a cat named after this guy, Purrban Meyer. Maybe change her name to Fingerblast
Do it and schedule a vet appointment ASAP. Please record the reaction at the vet's office..

Go DODGERS - for now.

Really hope to see a Brewers vs. Rays - but when I was a kid I loved the Braves - so...

Just don't want to see Houston and I'll be relatively happy. If the Brewers or Braves win, my pops will be happy.
