This was definitely one of the more underwhelming World Series in recent years in terms of compelling games. The ratings were strong though.

I still maintain that Game 7 of the 2016 World Series (exactly five years ago today) was the best baseball game I've ever watched. One of these years, we'll finally get to celebrate the final out with unparalleled ecstasy. Until then, onto the Hot Stove...
