The sheer number of storylines upcoming in the free agent/trade market is amazing.

Hard to remember a time I’ve anticipated the NFL Hot Stove season more than this one, given the new expectations and overall boredom of the Covid era.

Multiple MVP level players who could wind up pretty much anywhere.

After seeing how much press Tom Brady's decision got, I'm not surprised if the NFL isn't taking a page from the NBA playbook. Player movement and the narratives behind it sell more than anything else.

That shit can stay in July, thank you.

ETA: This is not to say I have an issue with player movement or the players exercising latitude over their situations. I just think the obsession with NBA free agency is fucking ponderous and has become of more interest to people than what happens in actual competition.

How much would you guys throw at Carl Lawson? I think he could be sneaky good opposite Myles.

3/33/22.5

I think somebody makes a push for him at higher than market, maybe 4/52/36.

Cincy has the cap space and a franchise tag option. It would be hard for them to let him go since he is the best lineman on a poor DL.

C’mon Vikings, where’s the loyalty. Maybe he will come cheap and we can rid David.

as i mentioned in the other thread, basically the steelers saved a little bit of money, but mostly as expected they just drug out the contract over two years. So while they save 15 million this year, they are moving 10 of those 15 million into next year.

Kyle Rudolph has a ton of respect from me. He played Ohio high school football, went on to be a leader for a franchise that's always in the playoffs, always has a dominant rushing attack.

The first year he went to the Pro Bowl he had 493 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns. Five years later, he made another Pro Bowl with 532 yards and eight touchdowns. He wasn't known as a great run blocker until the second half of his career. This is a guy you don't necessarily want on your fantasy team, but you want on your actual team.

I think I prefer the idea that overtime is just an additional ten minutes and isn't sudden death. I hate the sudden death rule as-is.
Just have a field goal competition at that point. Start at the 25yd line then drop back 10 yards until 55 yds. Then repeat until someone misses.
