Super Bowl LVI - Ohio vs Odell

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I’m still hyper bearish on NE

Don’t view them as legitimate contenders
I keep waiting for them to fall off but it doesn't seem to be happening lol.

We have a lot of playoff teams fighting one another from here on out. Hopefully we can do our part and not rely on tie breakers but I can't hold my breath.

The Eagles, man. Put together some solid games against teams far better than the Giants, then they turn in that bullshit. Spent far too long not running the ball. Jalen Reagor sucks. Travis Fulgham was better. Hardly any targets of Goedert or Smith. WTF is Sirianni dialing up? Smells like a tank.

The refs ruined the Colts/Bucs game. Boody's Team is not allowed to be called for OPI (see Dallas game), and Boody can't get down the field without DPI, or with a short field given to them by turnovers (which the Colts granted them). Turnovers are one thing, but if you doubt me on the refs matter, there was a Goal to Go play from the Bucs where the refs IMMEDIATELY threw a flag on an incomplete pass that was TIPPED. (They took it back, but the fact that it was even thrown was bullshit)

NFL doing everything to rig Bucs/Patriots, and that is the outcome that should be NUKED.

No other team in the NFL is gonna step up. In the NFC, the Packers have a shit defense. The Rams are the NFC Bills. LOL @ Dallas. Maybe the Cardinals can do something. But they are still playing Colt McCoy at QB.
We know the AFC situation. Both NFC South options (Colts or Titans) are either cooked or unreliable. The Luck Birds can't contend with the Cheatriots, the Bills lines are suspect, and maybe the Chiefs are all the way back, but their defense is a problem.

Just a vomit fest all the way around.

Looking back on it, I think we severely underrated the Pats.

They might get the 1 seed in the AFC by the end of the year.

I tried to tell y'all in the Pats game thread, nobody was having it after the Browns looked stunning against the Bengals.

The Browns definitely have to play a good road game. Since the Vikings matchup, they have been terrible road dawgs against the betting line. Most of that has been Baker's struggles.

Some strange takes all around in this one, however I’m not sure how you arrived at the Chiefs being back but their defense being a problem. While their defense was historically bad through the first five games (leading to a 2-3 record), it has been the team’s strength during their 4-game win streak. In fact, you could still criticize the offense some instead of saying “they’re back,” but the defense has done a 180.

Chiefs defense did what they needed to do against Dallas (minus key starters). Raiders gave them almost the same treatment though. I'll keep watching them. The Chiefs offense I'm always going to be bullish on as long as they run the ball (which they did against Dallas pretty well). They may not be the cheat code they once were in that regard, I'll say.

Browns have to deliver, though. And the Luck Birds are notoriously a sore spot. I really don't buy Baltimore as a "good team" as much as they've lucked out due to schedule and some very, very, very fluky scenarios. Yes, their backup was playing the Bears, but that game was way too close, much like Browns v. Detroit.

A 60+ yard field goal for the win is forever going to be some bullshit (fuck Matt Bryant vs. the Eagles all those years ago).

Now I’m very confused. Are you saying that the Raiders, who gave up 33 to Dallas, gave the Cowboys the same treatment as the Chiefs, who surrendered 9 points? Dallas has scored at least 2 touchdowns in every game they’ve played this year with the exception of the Chiefs game, where they kicked 3 field goals.

The Dallas/Vegas game is a good example of the Chiefs defense lately. They played a 36-33 shootout and only scored 14 and 9 against the KC defense.

Honestly I’m fine with the Watt play. If burrow doesn’t want to get hit on a turnover he could have easily given himself up. If you are standing, you are in the play and could conceivably make the play

Disclosure: I hate both Watt and Burrow

LOL how many TD does OBJ have today?
