How often do guys with his build get drafted in the 1st round? You really don;t think size/build is a factor?

As an old guy, the TMac physical comp for me is Roger Moret. He played 9 years, mostly with the Red Sox. 6'4" and 170 lbs.
But TMac seems to have way more potential.
