box score says Plesac gave up 4 earned runs - would that be correct?

I could see 3 but not 4. If Ramirez catches the ball from Mercado it's 1st and 3rd with one out and one run in. IIRC, the next two guys flied out so the second run would have scored but not the guy who hit the ball. That's how I recall it anyway. I could be wrong though.
