We really need to talk about this, what exactly is counseling doing here?

Feels like anytime someone shows their ass, they go to counseling and claims they have mental illness. What sort of mental illness causes you to bring a gun to a strip club and have your fake ass posse point guns at other NBA players? Not to mention threatening to beat up kids/guests at his home?

Hope it works, but it just screams "cover my ass while the heat dies down" to me.

I don't get it. These guys go from rags to riches, but for some reason, some of them want to drag their rags with them. You got generational wealth bro. Your life is taken care of. Your family is taken care of. Your family's family is taken care of.

Where was it said he had a mental illness, and where did it say that you need a mental illness to need counseling? The young man was on a path that threatening his career and possibly hundreds of millions of future earnings. He took a time out to get his head on straight- why would people clown this or attack it? That's straight fucked up. Now if he is still doing this shit come next year? Clown away. But right now? He's trying to get back onto a good track, and I'm flabbergasted anyone would try to attack him for that.

Excuse me, it was "mental health". Just feels fake as hell to me.

I think guys that brandish guns to make themselves feel big have mental health issues. It's a deep insecurity and feeling of powerlessness that does it to people. If you have to threaten people to make yourself feel big, yeah you have issues.

Getting generations wealth doesn't cure every ill or bad thing that happened in your life before that, it can exacerbate issues you have because everyone is suddenly encouraging all your bad vibes.

Getting him to reflect on what he did wrong? He does not need to be mentally ill to seek counseling, if you or anyone else you knew were making stupid decisions and screwing up their life you would want them to have a intervention right? Something that stops and makes them think.

People act like just because someone seeks mental health services they are trying to dodge accountability. News flash! He's still getting shit for his actions and should be in worse trouble than he is. People are still clowning on him and deservedly so.

I applaud the guy for taking the help, the world would be a better place if people can identify their problems and take actionable towards addressing them.
