The website cleaningtheglass.com has the Cavs' 1st in offense over the last two weeks at 125.4 points per 100 possessions, 1st in defense at 104.2, and 1st in point differential at +21.2.

The next closest teams in differential are Milwaukee (+11.2), Denver (+8.8), and Boston (+8.6). Nobody else is better than +6.3. The Cavs are a full 10 points better than the next best team and 15 points better than the 5th best.

Part of it was playing some bad teams and some good teams with injured stars, but part of it is getting Rubio and Wade back, Mitchell and Garland coming on like gangbusters, and the Cavs learning how to come out hard and maintain the intensity for 48 minutes.

We played a hell of a team. Coach Bickerstaff does a great job with those guys. They execute, they’re aggressive, and really play some good, solid defense, which is really going to serve them well in the playoffs. - Greg Popovich

The defense was not great against the Spurs, who shot over 50% from the field and scored 109 points. Maybe he was going off the film.
