Been listen to Doug Lesmerises podcast about this. His theory is that it’ll take the ncaa a few years to get actual rules regarding schools can and can’t do regarding NILs and collectives. In the meantime, OSU doesn’t want to start shelling out dollars only to have the rules screw then over in a few years. We might have a slight dip in recruiting the next few years until it gets straightened out.
