2022 Buckeyes Football

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
My Mt. Rushmore of favorite Buckeyes: Braxton, Ted Ginn Jr., Malik Hooker, Barrett

HMs to Olave, Darron Lee, and Lauranitis.

Mine would be Orlando Pace, Mike Doss, Troy Smith and Cardale Jones

Put me down for Spielman, Katzenmoyer, AJ Hawk and Ezekiel. Would've put Laurinaitis in there too, but that would look like I favor LB's, and besides, there wasn't enough room for the Stork Tom Cousineau.

My favs Rushmore would be Beanie Wells, Justin Fields, Chris Olave, and Chase Young. Fair amount of recency bias as I got more into the team after graduating and man we've had some fun ass players in recent years.

96 Orlando Pace and 19 Chase Young are probably the 2 most dominant seasons of any OSU player I’ve watched, regardless of position.

They switched around the B1G schedule to make up for some of the stuff that got lost in 2020. No new games for OSU, but game switched around. Only really tough ‘stretch’ is @MSU, Iowa, @PSU. Luckily there’s a bye before Iowa.

Also, OSU plays Iowa and Wisconsin from the west, plus plays ND. Tough schedule.

Austin Ward of Lettermen Row is reporting that Perry Eliano (UC corners coach) and Tim Walton (Jacksonville Jaguars secondary coach) will both be officially announced as new hires today and/or tomorrow. Kerry Coombs and Al Washington are both moving on.

Is Jim Knowles also going to coach LBs?

It seems like Eliano and Walton will both be secondary coaches, given their history. So someone has to coach the LBs. I am guess that has to be Knowles, right?

Yep, it will be Knowles.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a younger defensive analyst or GA helping out in that role.

Luke Kuechly has been a name tossed out there, FWIW.

I forget that Luke is from Ohio. That would be a great addition if true.
