Blaming Tito for Franmil's problems are ridiculous. I have heard Tito say Franmil had been working hard with coaches to solve his problems. The G's even had sent him to Columbus for a "rehab" assignment to help him.
In the end, the player is ALWAYS responsible for their performance.
Also since Franmil will be lucky to get a spring training invite next season, I doubt Boras was involved.

Reyes will get a look somewhere this season and next spring, that power is too tantalizing. I don't think it will be in Cleveland...

If Reyes blew up on someone or made the relationship untenable between himself and the FO or coaches there would be stories all over the place.

Not what happened here.

Speculate away.

I always felt like, Reyes didn't have any problems with the team or organization on paper, but when he got sent down, it was a bit of, he was ready to just get a new/fresh start some place else...

I don't know, he just never got on his feet right to start the season and it's just all come down on him...

I don't think it's our business. Sometimes private things should stay private.

If I had to guess, it's probably something where our organization upset Reyes. I feel like this happens occasionally, but we're really good at keeping things under wraps and giving off a certain appearance to the public.

Everyone thinks Tito is a perfect manager of people. But situations like Bauer, Brantley and Mickey Calloway certainly show that isnt always the case.

I'm trying to understand why Brantley is on the list (as marks against Tito) when Brantley's issue was with the training/ medical staff.
I probably should've said something along the lines of people think our organization handles everyone perfectly. In my mind, I was saying how Tito doesn't automatically make every situation perfect.

I can definitely see how my words painted a different picture. Sorry, on my phone, in the basement, with surround sound sesame street blasting, chasing my daughter around while trying to listen to the Guardians game on in the other room.

I'm not even saying our organization fucked up with anyone (except the whole Calloway situation). Just not every player is always on cloud nine.
