And those least ready and most prone to injury are starting pitchers, but some of us STILL want to trade from our rotation.

Any word on the outcome of De-lo Santos the RP he was killing it in spring training games, I know he not on the 40 right now, someone will have to be remove ( Logan Allen) …….

At some point we will have to remove position players from the 40 man to make room for pitchers.

Currently, we only have 16 pitchers on the 40 man, plus 2 on the 60 day IL.

Only the 5th team in 30 years with only two players over age 30.

And one of them is a rookie!!!!

Actually, Anthony Gose is not a technically rookie since he was an outfielder for a couple of years before converting to pitcher. But as a pitcher he's a rookie.

The Indians were 80-82 last year despite their regular starters missing 54 starts and our cleanup hitter missing 47 games. Our big FA acquisition, Eddie Rosario, had an OPS of .685. James Karinchak imploded in the middle of the season. With a little better injury luck I could see the win total increase to 85-88. Although if the rest of the division is improved that will depress the win total. I don't expect the G's to go 14-5 against KC again this year.
