I really dont disagree, QB is over drafted now more than ever so no late round ones seem to drop. Wilson? Dak? Both were 3rd/4th rounders who probably go in the late 1st today.

Dak was the 7th QB taken in 2016, only 3 went in the first round that year. this year 5 went in the 1at, and the 7th QB was Kellen Mond in the 3rd.

I guess pay attention to Kyle Trask and Kellon Mond, both had some buzz around them like Wilson and Daq, but both fell out of the 1st.

I like Kellen Mond.

You're definitely right about QB's being overdrafted. The only QB drafted after round 4 was Sam Ehlinger. Now, not only are teams who need a QB drafting them high, but teams with a QB realize that if they hit on one, they can reset their timer and save like 40 million a year on a rookie contract QB.

The only other QB I was interested in after Mond was Jamie Newman. I would've taken him in the seventh, and it looks like that would've been a wasted pick.

No doubt, but a second round guy is someone that we could conceivably be in position to draft, which isn’t true of top ten guys. At least, I hope.

I don't see us paying that sort of draft capital for a QB unless something very, very bad happens with Baker.

I have a personal relationship relationship with him so I’m admittedly a bit bias, but one guy I haven’t seen mentioned is Isaiah Foskey from ND. 6’5” 260 + DE, freak athlete, and should run a sub 4.65 40. Athletically he’ll test off the charts. Had 2 sacks in week 1 vs FSU and 8 tackles. I think he gets overlooked on that D because of Hamilton, but his athletic ability is crazy and is an incredibly hard worker.

Also, he comes from a great family and is an all-around high character kid. I’d think he’ll be on the Browns radar in round 1 or 2.

8. QB MALIK WILLIS, LIBERTY​

The new QB1 on PFF’s draft board. The happy feet and bouts of inaccuracy we saw a year ago have subsided massively while his electric rushing ability and howitzer arm are still very much intact. He faces his first Power-Five test in Syracuse this weekend, but his November 6th game against Ole Miss is the one to circle on your calendars.

here are some of the guys I have gotten to see a couple times.

Adam Anderson, DE/OLB, Georgia. this guy is a freak but all of Georgia's LBs are. Probably 5 guys who will be taken in first 3 rounds on that defense. looks more like OLB in a 3-4. Poor mans Mack.

Aidan Hutchinson, DE, Michigan. I don't know if his combine numbers will help but this kid makes plays. Just think one of those guys who falls in draft and just shines at whoever takes him if health stays on his side.

Kyle Hamilton, S, Notre Dame another kid who just makes plays. all over the field. reminds of Hooker at OSU when healthy

Jalen Wydermyer, TE, Texas A&M looks the part but haven't seen anything on field this year. I think its more how bad a/m is playing and not him

Jahan Dotson, WR, Penn State. I like Olave and Williams for tOSU but this guy is a little more explosive. only 5-11 but once this kid gets the ball in his hands he is dangerous.

a CB from PSU really popped during Auburn game but I gotta go back and see who it was.
