Dwayne Haskins was the best passing QB I've ever seen. RIP young Buck.

QB is tough. Germaine, Troy, Haskins and Fields all up there too.

Wow I think I'd argue that w/o a doubt Olave, Wilson and JSN were a better, or just as good, as this one.

They've put up the best numbers but that's also because of how much the game has changed

Michael Thomas, Terry McLaurin, and Curtis Samuel was pretty good.

Ginn, Holmes, and Gonzales?

It's a tough one just with how much offense has evolved.

It's why I said Stroud was the best passing QB I've seen at OSU.

Smith was still, at this point, the best QB. Too soon for me to put Stroud above him.

Michael Thomas fwiw might have been the most complete WR OSU has ever had.

Great route runner. Great size. Great hands.

But we didn't throw the ball all over the park when he was here.

Reminds me of Julio Jones. Alabama was a downhill, run first team so his college numbers weren't huge. But he had more talent than the guys who have come after him.

Good call on the 05 group. Only pushback I’d have against that is that Ginn was still learning how to be a wr and didn’t really do anything more than 2 or 3 routes till 2006.

Mclaurin, Thomas and Samuel never really played together all that much. Samuel was a backup in Thomas’ last year and Mclairin didn’t get any real time till both had gone.

Thing that makes is tough to evaluate is that Day is just way better at coordinating a passing attack then anyone OSU has had.

Didn’t watch the game live because I was at the Guardians game. Just watched a recording.

The CB situation is concerning, but not near time to panic. 1 on 1 balls to really good receivers will be a bit of a challenge all year. But it’s not like we’re letting guys run free and getting burnt downfield. We can give up a few a game and still beat anyone. Especially since the run D is playing lights out and the e pad rush is good and getting better.
