Offseason needs (no particular order, I've had a little too much to drink tonight):

- Offensive assistant
- A better backup PG than the corpse of Rajon Rondo
- A full offseason of strength training for Evan Mobley
- A full offseason of stamina training for Darius Garland
- A better strength and conditioning staff
- Someone to get in JBB's ear and tell him to quit being so fucking stubborn
- Getting a top 3 pick just to fuck the rest of the NBA

Great year. Can't even get on jbb too much. Players have to step up. Theirs did tonight

I'm willing to give both til next trade deadline. Enough time for Okoro to adjust to his bench role and for LeVert to properly acclimate with the team.

What’s going to be interesting is how Okoro and Sexton can or can’t fit together off the bench.

Okoro is still too small to play the three and Sextons not a point guard. I originally thought that spelled the end of Sexton in Cleveland, but after a post that @Smooth made in s34, I realized that I now think Okoro is going to be the guy the front office moves.

We sorely missed Sextons scoring punch. Him off the bench would have been lethal.

Pray you get some lottery luck and draft a guy with some ability to defend the permitted and who can give you more than Okoro on offense.

Need a guy on the coaching staff who can scheme an offense. JB isn’t going anywhere and this staff as is can get us to the playoffs with the talent on the roster but they get out coached in a first round series every time.

Rubio has to be your plan B at most for a backup PG. I hope we can signs him regardless, but he’s out for a third of the season at minimum and we’d be incredibly fortunate if he could give us even 70% of what he did this year so that’d be a bonus. Find someone, anyone, who can let Garland rest.

Pay Sexton and unless you find value in FA, see how it works with LeVert until the trade deadline.

I believe in this squad a whole though to take another step forward. They have to potential and the motivation. I believe we already have our future superstar somewhere in the mix. Looking forward to seeing what happens if we can fill even a few gaps and stay relatively healthy.

I'm beginning to think that Sexton has a future here as a super sub. Even more so if he can learn to share the ball a little more.

This team's guard play off the bench post-Rubio injury did more negotiating for his next contract than his agent ever could.
