2022 Rose Bowl | #6 Ohio State vs. #11 Utah | January 1st, 2022 @ 5:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Tommy Eichenberg is the best defensive MVP for any game in football history

If JSN doesn’t fumble and CJ doesn’t throw that pick, CJ might’ve had 600 yard and 8 tds

I just think the bowls are more fun in general than are the playoffs. Seem to have more of a college atmosphere and vibe to them. Playoff games.just seem more "NFL-lite" to me.

We already know this but future is super bright at qb and wr.

Which is funny, because after the Michigan loss this board wanted his head.

Stroud? There were a lot on this board who were very, very against Stroud post Michigan loss, and that his terrific season was a fraud.

Had I paid attention, probably was the same after the Oregon loss.

I mean, after the Oregon game, yeah, he didn’t play well, and was really bad vs Tulsa.

Had I known he was injured I would’ve felt differently then.

I think most people blamed the defense for the Michigan game

Let’s get the pulse of Buckeye fan in the game…

“Fuck Ryan Day”

“Softest Buckeye team in forever”

“Nice catch”

“We are shit”

“TOUCHDOWN”

“Lmao just gave it back. What a bunch of pussies”

“Oh another turnover how fucking cute”

“That’s what I’m talking about”

“Of course he runs that in. Tackling is the worst in college football”

“I hate this team”

“Always nice to win the Rose Bowl”

I vividly remember in the Michigan game thread discussions about keeping Ewers, about Stroud’s heisman campaign being a fraud.

The defense lost the Michigan game. But in the end, after he leaves, Stroud will do a lot of Ryan Day in terms of showing his ability to produce good NFL QBs. Stroud is superb, and as a non-OSU fan, I’d take a tenth of his ability.

Not just injured. Rs-Freshman with no in game throws under his belt playing in his first few games.

I think Ryan Day has a good idea on how to select which QB he thinks is most ready to run his potent passing offense, so that alone should have been enough to grant Stroud a little patience in leeway for a few early season games that were not even that horrible

Well of course we wanted to keep a frown who was the top recruit in his class. I still wish he had stayed.

Most Ohio State fans are fucking morons. I say this as an alum. The loudest contingent online seems to be rural boomers who only graduated from high school.
