This has been a terrible game and this lineup sucks puddy balls. We got 1 lousy run due to a WP.

Not a bad series. Playing a clearly superior team on the road that came in having won 16 of 20 the Guardians won a game and lost another 2-1. For the series the cumulative score was 10-10. Better than I expected.

I'm getting tired of watching Straw fly out to right field.

Quantrill battled but the other guy was better. Cal gave up one run on a bloop to center by Altuve that set up Brantley's sac fly and another on an infield single after walking the leadoff hitter.
He had some bad luck on the bloop and infield singles.

The G's ended the series 1-for-20 with RISP. That was pretty much the story, along with Plesac being unable to stop them from scoring after he got the first two guys out.

Hedges is 8-for-43 in May. I'd like to see more of Maile.
