2022 Season | Series #36 | Guardians @ Jays | Aug. 12-14, 2022

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Trying to watch highlights of the game, and the Toronto color guy is almost unlistenable. He’s got the worst voice ever. Need Cleveland-based highlights.

Or watch with the sound off. ;) (I only say that because with my old man ears I never listen to games anymore. I enjoy baseball, football, and basketball just fine without sound.)

If we can stay up 1.5+ games on Twins this time next week, I think we cake walk to the Central. Twins have KC and Texas next. But then after those series, they got 16 games against Houston/San Fran/White Sox/Red Sox/Yankees before 8 games in 2 weeks versus your Cleveland gWards.

COME ON ANGELS

lol keep trying bub. My post references this same exact name on multiple different Scout/247 sites. I could have added Jordan McCabe to the list. Go ahead and check them out if you're that interested.

PS: seek help for whatever Reno did to you

It's hard to get over the PTSD when another member reminds them of the trauma!

Joking aside, you aren't the only one that's not fond of Straw, but you are the only one that hasn't accepted Straw is the starter and its not gonna change this season...

Oddly enough we're starting to see Benson in CF a bit more. These issues have a way of resolving themselves. Straw will either play well enough to retain his job as our CFer or he'll hit his way out of it while one of the kids take it away from him. That's part of the fun watching this team IMO. The game within the game. There is so much talent bubbling up that Straw isn't the only one in danger of losing his starting role.

Alex Call today -- 0-4, 2 Ks

Angels leading 3-2 going into the 7th

Rays had a perfect game spoiled on the first pitch in the 9th. Ouch.

Lindor already leads the Mets history in RBIs by a SS.

Our remaining schedule actually looks pretty soft. I think the team will be popping champagne considering Twins and Sox don't have the pitching.
Why @Real Deal , why why……haha, Remember this is Cleveland nothing will come easy, I hope they treat this next series like we’re playing the 27 Yankees…..

This. Might as well say it now, the division belongs to the Guardians. The question is, do they face the wild card or get a bye?

They won't get the bye... they are too far behind the Yankees and Astros to get one.

They are the third seed at the moment, so they would get the last wild card team at the moment..

Xavian Curry tomorrow

I know this is timing and need based, but should we be excites for him? He doesnt seem to make any top 10 prospect, does he project to a 3rd or 4th starter at the major league level?

Oscar, Benson , etc etc weren’t top ten prospects either, I could care less about ranking, I would tell you this , he been throwing good his last hand full of starts, I’m excited to see him tomorrow, perfect lineup to go against, unlike Gaddis who went against the Astros his debut……
