2022 Vent Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yeah it's hard to get on him too much when we only send 3 or 4 rushers, but he needs to start making plays in the 4th regardless. Gets gassed too easily, but again going to get gassed when you're the only threat.
Yeah. I honestly think if you put him on the Steelers defense he’d break the sack record.

I think our defensive talent is being incredibly misutilized.

Time is a flat circle with this team. It's hilarious

Why should i live in history, huh?
I don’t want to know anything about the Browns anymore.
This is a team, where nothing is solved.

@Juice is Loose once told me — “time is a flat circle”.

Everything the Browns have done — which is lose, will do — over and over again. Me and @Juice is Loose are going to get in that living room to watch the Browns lose — again…and again…and again…forever.

Give me one season as God Emperor of baseball and you will all be selling organs to pay for MLB tickets.

I’ve said this before, but especially with Watson suspended 2/3 of the season, it’s better if we all consider this a lost transition year.

If you guys don’t have expectations of this being a playoff team, the happier you’ll be.

I pretty much agree....I am most excited that Brissett and the offense actually look pretty solid and Watson is a MASSIVE upgrade over Brissett and will actually add another wrinkle with his ability to extend plays and run if needed

Is Joe Woods still with the team this morning? If so I'm fairly certain he'll let the stealers add to our misery.
For me yesterdays epic loss isn't easy to just dismiss as another hard lesson learned or some other nonsense. Fuck all that.

Posted part of this in the Woods thread, but probably should go here. Blown coverage/miscommunication or not, the worst part about this whole play was watching Delpit and Ward just loaf after recognizing a WR behind them, watching the ball float in the air.

At the :02-:03 mark of this clip, both Ward and Delpit are only like 6-7 yards behind the WR when they come into the screen. The ball was under thrown, and it’s entirely possible that one of them could run down Davis had they made any effort at all. I think they at least force him out of bounce and make the Jets burn more time trying to get it into the end zone. Would like to see the all-22 on this play, because this doesn’t look good.

if you multiply the probabilities of things going wrongly during the last 2 minutes, it’s actually a decent argument that we are living in a simulation bc it’s just that improbable. This isn’t to call out the players, just using them as reference:
Hunt goes OB.
Chubb scores.
York misses XP.
Botched coverage.
Onside kick.
Many first downs.
3 & 10 touchdown.

Do the math. We are living in a simulation. It’s the only explanation.
