This narrative that Anthony Edwards is a Michael Jordan clone is hilarious. He’s about 3 inches shorter, nowhere near the same post game…. However he is wearing the same kinda leg sleeve and arm band but that’s it…

Getting more Joe Johnson vibes….
Dad better get him out on Catch 23 for some marlin and some family shenanigans to straighten him up.

Anthony Edwards is 22yrs old. Michael Jordan was in his second year and had his worst pro season at 22yrs old. Maybe give him some time before writing him off?

The league has gotten way too soft!

You may be right. But grabbing a guy from behind (no homo) will never be a basketball move and I hope the league makes it an automatic ejection in the future.

Go up and use your body and come down hard on an arm, but if a guy is ahead of you, you can't be grabbing them around the neck/shoulder area.

Not even being as good as Michael Jordan in his worst pro season is not giving me the warm & fuzzies…

My favorite part of ESPN's campaign to promote him as the next Jordan was when they asked him who his GOAT was, and he said Durant. LOL. Anthony is more Charles Barkley than MJ - he'll extrovertedly say things off the cuff, not what an ad or marketing campaign wants to hear. I'll give him that.

We already dealt with Kobe, Vince Carter, and LeBron as the next Jordan. We don't need another in this tired comparison, especially a Gen Z player who's not even old enough to remember watching MJ as a Wizard. His resemblance isn't even as strong as Jimmy Butler's. It's such a reach. I'm glad Ant isn't taking the bait.
