Good "back-to-work" column by Fedor this morning. JBB is going with a 10-man rotation; the starting five plus LeVert, Merrill, Okoro, Niang, and Wade. Looks like we'll be getting more calls for JBB to be fired from the Craig Porter Jr fan club.
People were complaining about CPJ getting dropped from the rotation when Garland was still out. He was the only healthy pg on the roster yet got his time cut. Now with Garland back and off restrictions we should not see CPJ unless one off nights based on who is available (one of DM, DG, or Lavert not being available).

Hopefully we remain healthy and do not need him. But if things happen that cause him to not play when he has the opportunity then those calls will return.

I'm excited to see the continuing use of depth when it makes sense. In game adjustments were a flaw with JBB last year but has Mae progress. When adversity hits, what will he do?

I'm skeptical PEDs make a difference in the style of play, especially when it's the same style TT has played all his life.

We'll see when he gets back.
I doubt it makes much difference as far as TT is concerned. I'm certainly not an expert in these things, but I don't think the PEDs he was taking are the same as the old "rage-roids" of earlier times.

Just realized today that TT is both the oldest player on the team and younger than my youngest kid. This season is the first time that’s happened.

Missed this one, but based on the number of shots taken disparity, the Cavs pretty much never showed up.

our bench didnt show up they were bad. In the +/- all our bench in the -. Niang was -20, LeVert -10, Merrill -10, Wade -9, and Porter -5. Wagner for Orlando killed Niang finished with 22 points. Not the good Wagner the trash Wagner led Orlando in scoring. Every starting player for Orlando +/- was in the negative. While 3 of ours was in positive, 1 was 0, and Okoro was -3. I don't care what anyone says Okoro is trash.

After our last 3 games (losses to Magic & Sixers. Close win vs Bulls), there is a pattern developing as Mobley & Garland's minutes have gone up. We are not getting off nearly as many 3's and we're letting teams shoot a very high percentage from 3 against us. This was my fear a month ago. The problem I brought up in a past post is I didn't think Garland and Mobley were capable of playing our new, successful, style.

Maybe, but that style is fictional. The Cavs pace rankings barely changed. More like they played crappy defensive teams outside the Magic.....who were banged up and coming off a game. In otherwords, if Mitchell and Allen are out instead, I see little change in record. It was that bad. Games when Mobley came back, they still won. Garland struggled for 5 games.....they still won.

Niang is not getting that same space he was getting with Embiid and Hardin.
Do you have data to back up this claim? I've seen him brick an AWFUL LOT of wide open 3 point shots thus season.

I don’t, but I bet I’m right - And he had missed some open shots

Niang has played alot of games without Mobley and Garland. If he is not getting open corner threes it is not on them.

It wasn’t a criticism of Garland & Mobley. It was a statement of how easy the world of a stationary shooter is with Hardin & Embiid
