I seriously can’t stress enough none of this matters if we don’t have pro bowl Watson. You already invested 240M up front for him. If having his #1 target ever is something he wants, put your hat in the ring and figure out the surplus later. Priorities 1-10 for this browns team should be Watson returning to form. Bc if he doesn’t the ceiling for this team is very low
