Also just for comparison sake, while Flacco is not going to be good, he definitely should at least give us a better chance than PJ. Here is a look at their stats from 2019 on. Granted, Flacco is only getting older and more washed up each year, but it has been said a million times - he CANNOT be worse than PJ.
Those Flacco numbers over 20 games (200 yards, 1 TD, .5 INT/g) look pretty similar to Josh Dobbs' (actually better w/INTs) that the media is slobbering over this year.

It was the leagues worst rush defense, we should have ran the ball. 16 total runs by RBs for the entire game, the stats for the overall season are meaningless when people are criticizing this specific game. So we ran less than we normally do and got our dicks kicked in, good point Jordan Zirm, you piss poor reporter.

Axelrod you blow at your job as well! When we went down 14-0…we started the game with a run for 3 yards, then passed twice, then punt Broncos scored next possession. Next drove…5 passes, 1 run, 1 fumbled snap. If you’re keeping score: 1st 2 drives we ran 2 times and passed 7. Broncos fumble. Drive 3: run, pass, pass, punt. Broncos TD.

So….1st 3 drives we ran 3 times and passed 9 and were down 14-0. Hardly “RuN HeAVY”

Browns had a -0.32 EPA per rush play and a -0.16 EPA per pass play meaning they were much more efficient and successful moving the ball via the pass..

The splits of early downs rush and late downs pass plays versus rush plays also significantly leaned towards passing plays being more efficient on the day for the Browns..

Funny enough DTR and Wilson had virtually the same expected completion percentage on the day but was significantly hindered by drops..

That’s the kind of mentality that led to primitive tribes sacrificing a virgin because of a lunar eclipse.

Or a company to fire an exec because a customer strike resulted in a bad quarter.

You’re likely joking but occasionally outside factors make success extremely difficult. In those cases witch-hunts are counterproductive.
Well that escalated quickly. Love it! The witch-hunt has moved on to sacrificing.

We have to do what we have to do. Save the virgin, can’t sacrifice AB, have to keep Jigo for the podcast, unfortunately. He’d be great. Maybe Rchfld can do it with someone else?

You’re not sly. Yo can’t have my spot.

Also Flacco aged out of his prime and into his decline, PJ is still in his "prime"...hard to say PJ has a prime with a straight face though, lol

You must have a pulse to have a vote. Unfortunately for you, when the vote comes, you will only be present in spirit.

*omg you freaks I would never murder Jigo, that’s my slime. Don’t report me, king lames.

There are no creases to be hit when you are that outnumbered at the LOS, unless you're willing to run a QB power. Then the RB is your lead blocker that could spring such.

The math and basic hat on a hat rules just do not allow it.
Sorry but I disagree. It's not that cut and dried. Teams break these for long gains more often than you'd think, because if you do get through a crease in that first 3 yards there's nobody beyond to make a play until the running back gets to the defensive backs. Please don't tell me you haven't seen this. It doesn't just come down to straight numbers every time. What you can't win on is power runs, it gets too clogged.

Of course, if you never test it when the LOS is stacked you never find out.

You know what else you get with 8 defenders at the LOS? You get free rushers with a straight, untouched path to the QB on pass plays. That happened a number of times against Denver.
