That was one of the best defense we played (or I watched) in a while. Not surprising that it came without Garland, though.

With the rotation we had that game, there was really no one who had significant size disadvantage especially on the perimeter.

Mitchell and Herro had no one to attack. My favorite plays were the defensive stops by Wade. He reminded me that he is a legit perimeter defender who is agile laterally and with sufficient length to bother shots.

From about halfway through the first quarter when the score was 15-6 Miami to halfway through the 4th when Spo emptied his bench with the score 108-79 the Cavs outscored them 102-64 in about three quarters of action. That's +38 in about 37 minutes.

Totally agree. We have many different paths to victory and a coach that is great at finding which one to lean on each game
