Remarkably, Denver outscored Oklahoma City 26-11 in the final 6:30 and erased a nine-point deficit in the final three minutes. The Nuggets’ run was aided by Thunder Coach Mark Daigneault’s decision to repeatedly foul Denver players rather than play normal defense as his team was clinging to a three-point lead in the closing seconds.
