2024-25 Playoffs | Indiana Series | Game #2 | May 6, 2025 | 7:00 p.m. | TNT

FWIW, the Thunder’s late collapse has its coaches imprint all over. Per an analysis from the Washington Post:

But the Thunder squandered its rest advantage and home-court advantage in the series with a disastrous closing stretch in the Nuggets’ 121-119 victory at Paycom Center. Remarkably, Denver outscored Oklahoma City 26-11 in the final 6:30 and erased a nine-point deficit in the final three minutes. The Nuggets’ run was aided by Thunder Coach Mark Daigneault’s decision to repeatedly foul Denver players rather than play normal defense as his team was clinging to a three-point lead in the closing seconds.

So the 2 minute report is out and both Pacers free throw rebounds should have been disallowed due to lane violations. Huh.
These 2 minute reports are useless. If they are serious about cleaning up officiating especially its correlation to betting, any adverse call/non-call that resulted in a made basket must ultimately affect the final score of a game.

Hard to live with these BS no call lane violations that were clear as day. In college you would never get away with it.

I spent all day at work just in a bewildered depressed state and every time someone tried to say something to me about the Cavs I instantly yelled out I don't want to talk about it.

Why do we love our teams so much it makes us hurt so bad inside.

Feels like people maybe still didn’t absorb the full implications of this game. It’s tough.

I think most fans understand the series is a wrap especially hearing that the reinforcements probably aren't coming

This team is fragile and players can’t handle any pain smh next year Idgaf if this team go 82-0 they are not meant for the playoffs they too soft and fragile.
I’ve never in my life watched a team dismantle everyone the entire year, get rest to prep for playoffs at the end, then when it’s go-time 2 all stars+ are sitting on the bench one series in. Idc what anyone says- something ain’t right.

You could have said well we would have just lost to Boston anyway then you look up and Boston is also down 0-2.

6 straight road wins to open the 2nd round.

Unreal

Have the Cavs ever started down 0-2 at home in a playoff series before ? If so it must been a long time ago.
