Perhaps both the Cuban pitchers they signed, LHP Miguel Flores for 500k is already 19 and IMO he should be starting his pro career in Arizona not the DSL, heck maybe he even makes it to A-ball in 2024. Edelvis Perez is an 18 year old RHP who turns 19 on May 2nd and was signed for 415k.

I'd like to see both these fellas start their careers stateside, as @petes999 pointed out earlier they shouldn't really be tied to the DSL experience/complex to begin with and considering their ages and bonuses, it makes sense to me.

Nothing wrong with having this thread since we do a draft thread and this is kind of equal to it because Cleveland puts a lot of time and effort into their international classes...
