This applies to everyone participating in this particular conversation, not just @TxBuckeye . Lots of other people open these threads, read the nastiness of the back and forth, and think "nah, that isn't for me.". Management does not like it when that happens, and rightly so.

How you say things is important. I figured that what I said and what Rafters said were light-hearted dumb jokes to lighten up the atmosphere after a really angry post so I felt calling us out was excessive, but didn't speak up cause it didn't really matter. But yeah the whole about being toxic then acting like some kind of victim based on false equivalencies to benign things isn't exactly cool.
