Just watched the game. Lively got his fourth win in eight starts and has allowed two runs or less in six of them. What an incredible signing!

JRod had two hits and an RBI. His hits left the bat at 107 and 110 mph. Gimenez has a tremendous game with two hits and an excellent defensive pick to start a double play. All despite getting beaned.

Arias hit three line drives to left. Two of them were caught but it's great to see him pulling the ball and squaring it up. He was also nails defensively at third.

Whatever they're paying Clase it isn't enough. Just name him to the All-Star team now.

Sam Hentges never could get lefties out and he still can't. I don't get it. He's 6'6" and the pitch must look like it's coming from the second baseman. But left-handed hitters abuse him. Today he struck out two right-handed batters and then faced Schanuel, a lefty who was 0-for-10 in the series and hitting around .235. First pitch is a double which opened the door to two runs.

Josh Naylor is a mess at the plate. Hope he pulls out of it soon.

Freeman got on base three more times today.

In college during the summers I worked in landscaping in the morning and worked in a pizza place all afternoon and night in north central Florida.

I was party to some of the loudest, filthiest dumps mankind has ever conjured up. 1/25 at minimum ended with residue outside of the bowl.

I would not be shocked if there are people on this site capable of such feats.
