That would be interesting to see him out in CF lol
 
Forest Whitley, has been DFA'd by the Houston Astros.. a pure pedigree FPOS SP.. if he can be fixed. he'd be in the same talent level as a good/better than healthy Daniel Espino... This is his first designation.. and he's optionless.. signing him to an MiLB contract has some advantages for both him and any team that acquires his services...

however, doubtful that is..

If he hasn't been DFA'D before, he won't be available to us since I dont think we are going to pick up someone that can't be optioned
