Day gets the job for life if he beats Tennessee, #1 undefeated Oregon, Texas, and Notre Dame en route to a Natty, and I was 100% fire Day after losing to Michigan.

Texas did what they needed to do. Made OSU work and didn't shoot themselves in the foot. Ohio State has showed a penchant for self destructing and it looked like they might, but that was a clutch drive in the 4th.

Still baffled that Smith once again gets taken out of a game somehow, but I guess that doesn't matter if you win.

Feel like it would be different with a better QB. Not disrespecting Howard, but he is no CJ at finding receivers.

I think if Day had a QB like Stroud or Fields, Chip Kelly probably would never be here. The play of McCord basically forces Day to bring in a OC and rethink the offense. This team isn't as balanced as it is without Kelly bring in his concepts.

If Day got another good QB after Stroud, he probably leans even heavier on the pass. The reinvigoration of the run game is a big part of this teams success.
