2026 Game #5 | #5 Ohio State @ #14 Iowa | October 3rd, 2026 @ 3:30 PM

Iowa didn't need the help from the refs. They were driving well with their backup QB

First time Iowa had given up 30+ points at home in ten years.

Thought we played just fine. OL was a little suspect, but Iowa's defense is legitimately good. Need to work on tackling a bit. McCuin looked good. Ja'Kobi is good. Smith is out of this world.

Smith is the best college WR I've ever seen.

The thing about him is that he kind of has it all. He's got great measurables, great hands, and is a great route runner. What's really unusual about him is that he's a great route runner almost regardless of the route. He is an outstanding deep threat, but he can also be a great possession guy if you really need that first down. The way he uses his body to wall off the DB is like what the great TE's do.

He's laughably good, and would probably be the No. 1 guy on most NFL teams right now. It's kind of insane.

If I was running an NFL team that had its QB but, through injuries or whatever, had a shitty enough record to have the No. 1 overall, fuck trading down. I'm just taking Smith. He's really that good.
