Captains win 19-18 Tuesday against a team that was 28 games under .500. They blew a 9-0 lead in the 2nd inning and a 16-9 lead in the 5th but scored 3 runs in the top of the 9th to overcome an 18-16 deficit. C Tyler Howard is now hitting .333/1.002.

Joey Oakie making his Lake County Captains debut tonight. Been kind of a bummer season for the kid, maybe he can finish strong.
Also this will be his first action since June 24th, so I expect it to be a pretty short appearance. Sixty pitches at most, probably closer to forty.
