Why?
"I feel this is racially motivated" means nothing. You need to explain WHY you believe it was racially motivated.
I am undecided on whether or not it is racially motivated, so I don't have to explain anything, but I will attempt. I was hoping someone else would do a better job but something like:
-Racially motivated: black former player said an executive had it out for him, and "they" (ESPN, presumably white old rich execs) don't want to see him shine. There was something that RC said about someone (he actually kept it very vague) and other people also said it about someone, and then the other people apologized, and he did not, because he didn't feel he did anything wrong. Some article at another publication brought this to the press. At some point he wrote an email, I believe to his employer, implying that he was racially targeted. I am unclear on whether or not that was aimed at the other media company or ESPN. He was technically not fired, it was a layoff, but all others laid off were announced on Tuesday, and his was on Friday, however he came out to the media post-employment, and said that he was fired. He was quite sad about it.
This is part of a larger thing including Cam Newton who was let go as well. Also mentioned was these morning show ESPN (Get Up maybe?) doing shoulder presses mocking Shedeur for not doing a lot of weight. The broader point is that former athletes are very good for shows, which I agree with, and since popular US sports are mostly black, you definitely need former black athletes for the sake of eyeballs.

So sometimes G Bush does this thing where he race baits, and other times he goes the opposite way. He's a proud black man, a man of g-d, and I love him for the totality of all his sides. So I thought it was race bait, but then they showed clips of this other podcast, people were pissed. Then Earl Da Pearl got on and agreed.
There's also a compelling case that his firing/layoff had nothing to do with race, including the fact that you didn't know RC had a job. Not only did he have a job, but he also is part of his own independent podcast.
So I was curious what the zeitgeist was.
