Im watching the great notre dame struggle against an unranked Georgia Tech team and they start talking about the OSU Texas game.

Hersbstreit, who played qb for OSU, said that 30,000 Buckeye fans are going to Texas but only getting 5000 thousand tickets.

Cant wait to here about that on the Rome show.

The Buckeye Alumni club has rented out Texas's basketball arena to host their party. Yeah, I'm sure that didn't cost much.

Make that 35 to 40k buckeyes:
Texas…Although OSU was only given 4000 tickets to get into Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, many more thousands of Buckeye fans intend to turn that weekend into their own memorial of the game, royal or otherwise. Bruce Brandel, vice president of the Austin chapter of the Ohio State Alumni Association said, “We’re projecting 35,000 or 40,000 people”. To prepare for that onslaught, the association plunked down $10,000 to rent out the Erwin Center (the 16,000 seat UT basketball arena) just a few blocks from the stadium. There, they’ll put together an away “Skull Session” complete with the Buckeye Band, being sent to Austin through a private donation of nearly $250,000. That’s not enough, of course. So the alums lined up Stubbs, a huge bar and amphitheater to become “Varsity Club West” and expect one huge Buckeye bash on both Friday night and Saturday. Who gets to the game from there? Well, that’s going to be a struggle – both logistically and financially. With tickets soaring over the $1000 mark, one broker put it: “They’ll pay when they have to. These are the two biggest spending sports schools on the planet. And this is the World Cup of football”…

haha i dont have a favorite college football team. but i love pissing off you OSU fans, so if Texas wins, prepare for major trash talking.

and CDT, i think you dont even HAVE a life little man.

Your right..I don't spend 15 hours a day on myspace and faceparty talking to girls located nowhere near me.

I don't dress like a Florida Retiree or a Japanese Tourist either..gosh am I missing out..

I don't get why your even here. You never have a kind word to say about the Cavs (as evident in the Washington Series)..you rub it in the faces of Browns and Indians fans that your a Pats and Sox fan while belittling us for talking about our teams. And you refer Cleveland as a "shit" town or the armpit of sports..

Your a fanboy, go be a Celtics fan would ya?

think your only speaking for yourself there buddy, but hokay.

im not the one crying saying "nobody likes me on the forum, im leaving"

you want to make a poll and "vote me off the site" go ahead, i dont give a damn.
