If there's a season, it seems pretty simple. Just take service time as a percentage of the season played. If you are up the entire season, that's a full year.
If there's no season, which I'm not anticipating, I don't imagine any service time will be rewarded.
As far as how many games they'll play, the article I posted in the other thread had some good info regarding schedule density.
I don't envision the season starting prior to July, and if that's the case there's no way they play more than 110 games (and that's if they push the World Series to December).
You can talk about throwing in double-headers, but teams need days off. July 1 to October 31 is 123 days. Even if you only have a day off every two weeks (would be the densest schedule in history), that's still just 114 games with a December World Series.
