Anthony Davis

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Best case scenario for a non-displaced hand fracture is probably 3-4 weeks (Kyrie was out for a month with a non-displaced broken finger). If he needs surgery or if there are any complications, then it could extend much further. They are listing him as out indefinitely.

My fantasy team has been hit with so many injuries already but now I'm fucked. Please come back quick Davis.

What a shame. He was having an All-Star caliber season for sure. Here's hoping for a quick recovery.

I agree It was nice to see him come Into his own as I had doubts. I was rooting for the guy and still am.

Hope he can come back and claim that all-star bid he was working on this season. This guy will be a Hall of Famer

But fuck, Davis and Rose were my top picks in fantasy!

They are now saying that Davis will be out 4-6 weeks with the broken hand.

I thought people were being a bit premature about Anthony Davis becoming the best player in the NBA before Durant officially gets that title. I'm now thinking that has a possibility. This guy right now is scoring over 25 points per game despite having an almost non existent low post game, or a left hand, and he is a maniac defensively. His offensive game is pretty much offensive rebounds, pick and rolls, and facing people with a jump shot or taking them off the dribble. So he really doesn't have to grind an offense to a halt while he produces.

What is crazy is I think he can still get a lot better. His work in the post is not impressive at all. I see him always go to the right hand when going middle on the right block(should either be a left handed hook or a fall away jump shot) and he just generally doesn't look comfortable there. His id range jumper is so good though, and he has very good handles, quickness and length to beat any big man off the dribble.

You really have to see what he is going to do in the playoffs before you can ever anoint someone best player, but he is definitely going to get there; he is damn good. Man it hurts so bad that we were so close to getting him; I guess you really can't complain with how things turned out though(despite us sucking ass right now).

It probably won't happen, but Davis has a chance to become the first player ever to have a PER over 32 for a season. Now, PER is not the be-all, end-all, but only 7 players have ever ended playing a full season and had a PER of over 30.

He scores efficiently, he shoots FTs well (LeBron had a chance at 32 but FT shooting and turnovers did him in), grabs lots of offensive rebounds, gets steals, blocks shots, and doesn't turn it over.

He impacts the game defensively, he runs the floor, he can create his own offense now, he's always been deadly on the pick and roll. He's just an amazing player you can build a title contender around rather easily.

I would trade Lebron, Waiters, AJ.Price for Anthony Davis and some scrub..
Davis > Lebron and he would fit the team much better..
Kyrie PnR man and Davis = success..
what's the point of having Kyrie when Lebron holds the ball and plays the PnR

Cool. You got a lazarus machine to resurrect Wilt Chamberlain to put next to Davis too? Because that's about as likely as the Pelicans trading Davis or the Cavs trading LeBron. What a dumb post.

Come playoff time Lebron will dominate the fuck out of the NBA. Davis, Kyrie are unproven

I'm not being realistic lmao..
It's just a blockbuster trade, just saying how good Davis is.

Of course not. Even though after naming the trade, which would have proven your point, you then went into detail about Davis being a better fit, LeBron stepping on Kyrie's toes....Yea, not being serious at all.

It's not going to happen, but Davis is 21, and LBJ is 29.

Just sayin'.
