The biggest problem with animes is most of them are aimed for a slightly older audience than 9. Most are geared towards teenagers, so you will have to figure out what's allowed and not allowed for her to see just yet. Naruto, Fairy Tail, My Hero Academia, InuYasha, are all mainstream ones...

This is a nice list... Little Witch Academia is a good one on Netflix. It's more of a Harry Potter type that's not so dark... I loved Card Captor Sakura back in the day and I need to rewatch it myself... I never was into Yo-Kai watch but that was another for younger ones. A Silent Voice ended up being a legit movie as well!
A lot of the WB cartoons of the 90s were kid oriented. I remember Monster Rancher was another geared towards kids.
