My body is fucked and I need to repair. I have ice packs, advil, foam roller, compression pants. What else can I do

Stretching has helped me out so much. Back when I was powerlifting and beating up my body pretty badly, stretching was wonderful and helped me become more flexible. Try yoga too.
 
My oblique is bulging out. In urgent care, about to look for hernia

No, and they made a point of saying it wasnt a moving.. Whatever, thing.

They think it's a hematoma and I think they may be right.
 
Put a tense machine on it
