This is the recon that my group has found out:

Phoenix Area Browns Backers party Saturday night in Peoria. $35 for appetizer buffet and 4 drink tickets. Supposed to be appearances by Byner, Metcalf, and Big Daddy Carl Hairston - phoenix area browns backers on facebook www.brownsbackersphx.com . This group is tailgating at McFaddens at Westgate, 200 yards from the stadium. They recommend purchasing tickets for the party and tailgate in advance

Southwest Browns Backers party Saturday night in Ahwatukee, south of Phoenix www.brownsfanclub.com . This group is tailgating in the Black Lot before the game.

My friends and I are probably going to the first party with the Browns alumni on Saturday.

Its very expensive, but it is pretty amazing. Its a Japanese steakhouse, so not like a typical American, expect to drop $100 each before you even drink
