That trade with kings is as nice as it will get sixers are stupid if they want harden lol but get it is what t is

My problem is with the league for falling for this bullshit….and allowing him to circumvent the league’s wellness policy! There is NOTHING wrong with this man! And it disgusts me that the league is supporting this charade. IF IT HAPPENS….The minute he gets traded he all of sudden snap out of his depression and his mental health will much better.
It’s called “malingering”

It's not up to the league. Ultimately, Simmons is going to file a grievance and/or seek arbitration outright, and it'll be decided by the arbitrator whether or not the Sixers have to pay him his salary because of his alleged mental issues, or not.

Pretty sure the league itself will back the Sixers.

Morey is apparently obsessed by Harden and willing to throw away this season for a hope to grab him in a sign/ trade next summer. Statistically Embiid is having one of his best seasons and the Sixers are wasting it.

No offense to anyone, but how is this thread still going? If Cleveland gets Simmons then Altman needs fired...

Wilbon was saying today that the sixers GM wants Harden from the Nets and if it happens it will be this summer for Simmons.

So how can we get involved in a Harden trade again and steal another player?

Not saying Koby has anything to live up to expectations wise, but last time we did get Jarrett Allen for almost nothing.

That would be tragic. Embiid is a good guy taking on a huge burden for them and he deserves support.

Obviously being obsessed by getting Harden also means that Morey is both a fool and an asshole

Except he has a preexisting relationship with Harden. That’s who he wants and will wait until the summer to make it happen.

Works great for us. Screws up two of our eastern rivals.

cavs are interested in joe harris, maybe a protected 2023 can help make that happen. if koby can make it happen for less, he should be runaway GM of the year

Unless I missed something he IS being paid! If somebody is out on “medical leave” you can’t dock their pay or take their job. Again I empathize UNLESS I’m wrong they haven’t taken any money from him. Correct if I’m wrong.

30 years old, coming off injury, almost 20 mill a year for 2 years? He is an incrdible 3 point shooter, but he is a very expencive one trick pony, not sure he is worth his contact AND a 1st....give them a couple of 2nds and salary relief to make a trade possible.

He’s Ben fined over $13,500,000 this season. It’s on spotrac.com. Over $300,000 per game. He has no medical issue. He’s claimed he isn’t “mentally ready” to play. Since he only made this claim after he refused to practice and demanded a trade he’s got about as much chance of winning that back on arbitration as Pangos has of making third team all NBA.

Is this a new Safari now?! We haven't done one of those in a while...
