What they dont tell you is what he used.

Just because he failed doesnt mean he was taking steroids. He was probably using something for his injured arm that had something in it that was on the list.

Which is probably crap.

I wonder how many Latin American players actually understand the drug policy? Harold Reynolds made that point on Baseball Tonight and it made a lot of sense to me.

The good news is that Betancourt can serve his suspension while he is on the DL, so it really doesn't hurt the team THAT much.
