"Look, it's fake news. You are so fake it really is quite bad. Tremendously bad. My comments were perfect, you know like the call with Ukraine. It was perfect! I've had so many people come up to me. A lot of people come up to me. They say "sir, that call with the President of Ukraine was unbelievably perfect. It's like the most perfect thing I've ever heard" but the Do Nothing Democrats want to make it out to be a big thing. I call it the Russian Hoax. It's a Hoax. I won in a landslide. No one has ever seen how big I won an election before. No one has ever seen it! Hilary Clinton was supposed to win according to the fake polls but that's what they were fake. Made up. By you, the media. The enemy of the people. But you know I have a lot of supporters out there. Some great supporters. Tremendous supporters. And they see Trump as the one who can do it. They looked at Hilary and said no way. Let me tell you, it wasn't even a contest. I beat her and I bet her badly, ok? I'll do the same with Sleepy Joe Biden, Nervous Nancy Pelosi, she's a sick woman let me tell you. I'm not even worried about Biden. He's a cake walk, believe me. Ok? Anything else? Ok thank you. Thank you. Thank you everybody."
Are you just shit posting on purpose? Do you want me to start posting all the dumb shit that’s come out of Biden’s mouth since he’s been the nominee? Most of it you wouldn’t be able to understand.

Just your typical racist, old white man. Like everyone, I’m not voting on the person, in voting on policy. Period.
Biden is a moron....still. What a dumb thing to say, it’s like the 100th this year.

Lighten up man. We all could use a little humor.

btw I and many others agreed with you that Biden made a stupid comment. But that wasn’t what you were looking for was it? You were looking for people to defend him. When something is wrong or someone does/says something stupid it shouldn’t be a left/right issue. If they are wrong they are wrong no matter what party they belong to.

Yea I feel like practically every left-leaning (or moderate who is tired of Trump) poster that posted about Biden’s latest gaffe clearly said that it was an error on the part of Biden. For me it was such a laughably dumb comment that I was flabbergasted by it. Not sure who here is defending Biden’s comment. At best it’s taking the black vote for granted. Read another way, it’s playing identity politics in a bad way.

Though I also don’t think this gaffe going to matter whatsoever in the grand scheme of things. Sure it’ll make for some nice attack ads aimed at depressing the vote amongst Black Americans. But a minor gaffe isn’t going to be the reason likely Biden voters go for his opponent or opt to stay home - not when that opponent is Donald Trump.

Honestly I was just shocked he said that and just wanted to hear your thoughts on it.

Why this comment will matter.. My wife abandoned Trump during the porn star phase.. She was watching the clip on bidens comment, and literally threw up her hands when he said it.. "How is it that we have to choose between two morons for president? " She was very offended by it. I think the obvious pander was bad enough, but his attempt to capture black speak was totally Uncle Remus.. Before the comment she was a clear win for Biden.. Now she is in play..

Agreed. I have a co worker that we disagree on a lot, basically everything. He is a Bernie guy. He heard the comment, he was so-so anyway on Biden, but once he heard that and all the other crap, he was completely against him.
Now, he won’t vote for Trump, Atleast from what I gather, he will most likely just vote for a third party like in 2016.

This will just fall into the Joe being Joe category. Won't be a blip on the radar come November.
The immediacy of this invokes strong reaction by those offended.

The accumulation of all the stuff Trump has done and will continue to do between now and the election will make this a distant memory.

I mean, Trump is golfing all weekend. I'm guessing his time could be better spent.

Yeah, we're so far away from the election right now. As long as he steers clear of making idiotic statements related to race from now until the election, this will be long forgotten by then.

As racist and ignorant as Biden's comment was, you're kidding yourself if you think it'll be a major factor in November. Impeachment was THIS YEAR and it's barely a talking point anymore. How many days was it since Pelosi mentioned that Trump is morbidly obese, and he's already undercut his defense by retweeting a fat joke about Stacey Abrams unprovoked. There's an eternity between now and November.

That said, the issue remains for Biden that gaffes like this can pile up and make it very easy for someone to say "they're both morons" and give up, to @CleveRocks point. Will it be enough to make people ignore Trump's gargantuan pile of embarrassments, bigoted remarks, blatant acts of corruption, and inhumane policies? Based on 2016, fucking maybe!

Let’s also not pretend this won’t be his last slip up or gaffe before the election. I hope we get 3 debates or more. Those will be must watch tv, and internet gif gold.

Haha, that's exactly what my wife said last night too.

Another election, same loser, us.
