I get the same thing from time to time. And I run Windows 7... IE, Chrome, FF... doesn't matter.

The problem was happening for various people (since the server upgrade a couple days ago), but Ben just reported it that it's fixed (and it looks fine on my computer now). It may take a few hours to resolve. You could also try logging out and logging back in. If you're still having trouble, please report here.
