My coaches taught me to watch the waist. No matter how many stutter steps, flailing arms, head fakes, etc, they were going to go whatever direction their waist went. It was actually pretty damn good advice that I used in basketball and football to stay on the ball carrier/ball handler. Not sure if it applies to a guy like Barry Sanders but for most people I think it's probably a safe bet.Wow. It really is that simple.
