Holy shit reading the comments on that twitter thread is cringe. I usually only go here for sports talk and Stefanski is pretty well regarded here so I thought people would be good with it

It’s a fucking dumpster fire of people trying to step over each other to say how dumb the Browns are. I guess to the casual fan if it wasn’t Josh McDaniels it was a huge loss. Ok

I wouldn’t call myself a casual fan and Stefanski was not in my top 3. Once the outside zone run was taken away, the Viking offense shut down. I hope I’m as wrong about this hire as I was about Freddie.

Casual fans are dumb. He’s done as best he can with a very average QB - they ran into a buzzsaw of a D yesterday.

Prefer this to a McDaniels controlled GM pairing.

I’m fine with the hire, but if he can’t win with an average QB, what is he going to do with a below average one?
