I can give him twenty-some years of reasons.

The fact is, failure is caused by organizational actions, and you are in trouble if these actions become a habit. I love the Stefanski hire, I love that the Browns are leaning into organizational unity, and I love a lot of the talent on the team. But when McDaniels says he thought the organization needed to be nuked - regardless of the gumption it took to make that claim during an interview - he may not be entirely wrong. I guess we will see.

The problem with McDaniels is that we'd have had to bet not only that he was right about the team needing to be nuked, but that he was the best guy to rebuild it from scratch. That's a pretty tall order for someone whose only prior stint as an NFL head coach doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Oh, I did not want to take that type of risk, I agree. All I am saying is that, without maybe realizing it, he did infer an important problem that may be still plaguing the franchise. Though, I hope this new "alignment" can fix the old problems of habit.

I remember with hue they said we wouldn’t have camp country club and that he would ride everyone. That he was innovated and a genius all that. Which was the complete opposite.
He was a bus driver....beep...beep

QB performance in offenses run by guys who work with QB Collective. I’m so pumped for Stefanski’s offense. West coast, zone blocking, pre-snap motion, etc. make a QB’s life so much easier.

A Hoyer reference in 2020? Does Keys run this account?

I kid... I kid....

edit: On a more serious note, Stefanski seems to be more tangentially connected to this QB collective thing than anything. It's interesting that they don't bring up Cousins in that graph, who I believe had his most efficient year under Stefanski.

Still only one quarterback with a winning record as a starter around these parts, pal. Tell Baker that cake isn't a food group and that should change, but 'till then I say put up or shut up.

Maybe Baker got Hoyer's old Mr. Hero sponsorship and it was missed among all the progressive ads? Baker had so much sponsorship money flowing in he probably just did it in exchange for unlimited hero burgers.
