Brownsmas week 16 vs Jets

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If there’s one thing the Steelers love doing, it is sticking it to the Browns.

They are most definitely playing their starters and unless we are up 4 TD’s, for the whole game.

The Steelers, particularly old man Ben, could use a week “off”. But I see starters likely play at least a half.

Sounds like ben probably won't play (if I'm reading between the lines correctly)

Is there a scenario where if the Browns beat the Steelers, they play them again in the playoffs?

I chalk this one up to Covid. There's no way we lose this game with the guys who were forced out due to protocol. Heck, I think we win this game if the replacements and coaches had at least two days to prepare. One morning walk through in a frigid parking lot isn't going to do anything.

This is the likely outcome, actually. Unless Baltimore/Miami stay at 10, and we win.

While I agree that the team faced a brutal situation as of 24 hours ago... I'm pissed about what must have happened 72 or so hours ago.

At some point, somebody broke protocol for bubbling. I don't know exactly what happened, but clearly it involved BJ Goodson and/or Jedrick Wills. Whatever happened at that moment screwed over the entire franchise, because the bubble was broken and additional contacts occurred afterwards.

However, I fully agree with your post. I heard a lot of blame put on coaches, on Baker, and on the guys who tried to pick up the pieces in the last 24 hours to still win. Nope, in my book they fought as hard as anybody could. The situation was brutal.

Now follow the bubble protocols this week like the season is riding on it.

I just can't believe that unless I'm mistaken we're in a win or go home situation going into the final week (colts aren't losing). Whod have thought that after we beat the giants lol.

But fuck it. If you had offered me this situation before the season I'd have taken it. Go and make a statement against them and enjoy a playoff game for the first time in what feels like forever whatever the result

Are you sure about this?

That doesn't seem right
That is definitely one way to do it. If Buffalo loses both games, Pittsburgh is the #2 seed.

If we win Week 17 and are the 7th seed (or even lose and make 7th seed), we’d be playing Pittsburgh again in the wild card round.

There are also some scenarios where the Browns make 6th seed and play the 3rd seed Steelers.

Yup I read the question wrong. My fault
