Caris LeVert: Drunken Kung Fu

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Is LeVert back in 2023-24?

  • Cavs can't afford the $$$ to keep him and nothing is going to change that

  • After bricking shot after shot in the playoffs, Koby washes his hand and lets LeVert walk

  • Only if he signs for something close to the MLE

  • If Caris plays well in the playoffs, the Cavs will offer big $$$ to keep him

  • KobyAltman! No one else on the team fills his role, so stop sitting on your hands!

He shows up when you *really* need him more often than not.

He was crucial in game 7 and was our most consistent player last post-season against the Knicks.

That pass to Strus for an uncontested dunk because they were double/trapping him put the game away.

We're seeing the last days of LeVert in a Cavs uniform. For as many nights where he can get hot and carry us when no one else has it going, there are more nights where his poor decision making and unpredictable play just kills us, like last night.

There are a lot of things that are up in the air this offseason, but the one thing I know for sure is that LeVert will be shipped out.

Something like 1/19 in his last 19 from 3, shot 39% from 3 last season and back down to 32% this year

Somehow LeVert ended up with a team worst plus-minus of -14, and was the only player to be a double-digit negative..

All this despite 19 pts, 5 reb, 3 ast and efficient shooting night..
