Cavaliers vs. 76ERS

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Shouldnt have lost this game especially when Philly was playing back to back nights.

I wonder if Danny Ferry works the phones any harder on monday after the blowout against Miami and the collapse today?

So true, and they played Detroit! They blew a 14 or so point lead. AI lead teams will always play with heart. We could not match their energy. Very disappointing........

Perhaps the two Dans should hire Chuck Norris, to light a fire under the Cavaliers asses........

That was pathetic. After the blowout loss to Miami you would think the Cavs would come back home with a big time effort against a conference team that they might see in the playoffs. After the 1st quarter the Cavs were completely outworked, outhustled and outplayed.

LeBron's final number look nice but he took most of the night off at the defensive end, didn't work for rebounds and didn't bother to block out on shot attempts.

Too much standing around tonight. Mike Brown has to force more movement offensively. Too often it's pass the ball to LeBron and the other 4 players spread out and stand and watch him or it's throw it into Z and stand around and fail to give him a passing outlet.

Wonder why Marshall stayed on the bench in the 2nd half?

They better get it together against the Bucks. This can't be the start of another losing streak.

Narl - Lebon played excellent defense when he was on Iverson. Shut him down for five consecutive possesions. During which we hoisted a bunch of useless threes (Luke and Marshall )

The issue tonight was that the refs weren't calling anything short of amputation and we let it get to us. Instead of responding with smashmouth ball, we simpered out at the arc. Gooden, and Lebron when he was pi$$ed were the only guys getting to the hole, althoughPavs gets points for trying to dribble through a double team.

Lack of any execution on offense hurt a lot here. The Cavs live and die at the lines, the free throw line and the 3 point line. There weren't enough free throws, and the team shot 23 three pointers. Its not like it was a hot shooting night either as only 6 or those went in. The bench had 8 points. After the 1st quarter I thought this one was going to be a blowout, but the Cavs just quit playing and couldn't dig in and get the stops they needed late in the game.

Agree with the lack of offensive execution- we should have stayed with Drew's hot hand, he was the only one providing energy at the beginning. I didn't notice when he fouled out though, so that's moot. Webber and Dalembert shredded our interior defense- I lost track of their point-blank dunks. We left Michael Bradley completely alone out there and he hit a couple big shots.

Snow- good enough defense but 0 points. Unacceptable. When will we become an elite team? When we have some scoring threat from the PG position.
