While this is still more speculative than hard numbers, relevant Bill Simmons bomb:

As the comments note, it remains to be seen if it would be spread out in a "cap smoothing" scenario.

The owners wanted cap smoothing when the cap jumped 24 million and Michelle Roberts, the executive director of the NBPA called it a "disgusting request". Let's see how she feels now.

What this will set up is almost all the FAs and potential FAs for the 2020 FA class either opting in to the final year of their player option(like Drummond) or signing 1 year deals.

The already loaded FA class of 2021 will be even more ridiculous.

What is hard to project is what the 2021 Cap will be. Will it jump back up to original 2021 projections or will it also be affected by the ramifications of our current worldwide situation.

Should this be updated to reflect the change in the Bucks 1st protections?

The Knicks just cut former Villanova Wildcat and National Champion, Omari Spellman.

Altman should sign Spellman and cut one of those mangy PFs that he’s carrying. Signing Spellman is like finding a 1st round pick.

I'll do something with the thread title.

Would someone be able to update this?

I stopped updating my own salary sheet because the resources on the internet got too good.

For salaries, I like the simple presentation of this site, but it takes them a few weeks to get updated since The Athletic hired Sham:

This one is more up to date and breaks things down by position--

Looks like whatever you did seems to have worked. I checked the attachment I had trouble with in the Evan Mobley thread and was finally able to see it. Was just odd that I could see some and not others.
